Horrible experience, no communication from JA associates. I went in to have 11 charms removed from one bracelet to another. Bertha assisted me through this process and when I arrived to pick up the bracelets NONE of the charms were moved. So basically the way I dropped them off is exactly how I received the bracelets back. The only thing that was done to them was a cleaning. I was informed it was a confusing process of placement of charms. First, there where very detailed instructions for placement and if there was a question of placement no associate reached out to me to discuss any concerns. Bertha also stated, "well we only been open for two week." And if I wanted to wait they could do it right now.
