Not a good experience at all. Decided to give it try tonight for the first time and was not at all impressed. The food was mediocre and the service was HORRIBLE!! I ate my entire meal with no drink! She finally started making rounds to tables asking people if they needed a refill of sweet tea and then started to walk to the back. I literally had to yell at the waitress to please bring me a refill! Then I had to do the same for my 7 year old daughter to get one. Food is great. Nice clean and quiet. No loud music or TVs too loud that drown out your conversations. Service is great and food is tasty. Chile sauce on table does go bad I have gotten sick a couple times so I avoid it bummer. Only thing that bothers me is them asking at register if we left a tip or leaving a tip out loud. I find it very rude as we can put it in on the ticket ourselves if we want . We usually leave on table or write it in but we never would forget. Overall I recommend it for a relaxed...

So usually the locals tell us where the good food is... and the food was alright... but the customer service was horrible.
