Unbelievably bad service. You try and speak to a manager directly…good luck you will never know when one is scheduled. You will never get a direct number then when one happens to be there you won’t get any information to prove they actually work there. While speaking to someone who claimed they were the manager/owner he belittled me, yelled at me, told me they couldn’t “take my word for it” all while I was saying I canceled my membership and would like a refund for the annual fee considering I had not been to their gym for 5 months why would I want to be charged for a service I cancelled. Their idea of a customer taking accountability is them saying their gym is the best out there when truly, I stopped going because the equipment is old, people don’t clean up after themselves, without steady management there is no possible way to be sure that the place is clean when they hire staff who just sit behind the desk to say “sup man” when you walk in the door. Complete narcissist running the place.    Read moreI went to the gym for over 3 years almost daily and when I finally had to relocate, I cancelled my account and filled out the necessary paperwork. I learned after a few months that I was still being billed because of a “typo” in the cancellation. I proceeded to call and call and try and get my money back which was about $75. For me this is a lot. However, the owner showed no interest in helping me out and did not care about me at all.
It is very clear to me that there is little to no customer focus mindset in this gym. I wish that I could take back all of my money and give it to a decent person instead. 10/10 would not recommend this gym if you like to have an honest,...

This was never a problem being a quiet person until I needed to freeze my account when I left for college. I was still billed $20 a month even with the freeze. When that was finally resolved it was only able to be frozen for 4 months at a time under the $20 plan. At the time I was not informed of this... That is CRAZY! I was billed again after not using the gym for over 4 months and would have been still billed again if I didn't check my accounts constantly.
