Jack Francis Catering — Attraction in Conshohocken

Have been ordering the family dinners for four over the last several months ..most weeks both Thursday and Saturday delivery. Always delicious . Menu has been quite varied. Quantity more than sufficient . outstanding choices have been stuffed pork chop, several kinds of salmon, variations of chicken breast...the best of the best was the octoberfest schnitzel ( last week and repeated this week!) Over all these weeks the only slight disappointment was the meat loaf..not because it was not good but only because of our personal preference for the heavy dense variety and this was a looser, softer kind Packaging and heating instructions the best . And for pure fun the “ snacks for dinner” items are great....numerous things for “ grazing” such as their famous miniature hoagies and steak sandwiches , and goodies too numerous to count! Like a private cocktail party ! We have been so happy with this service that we have not ordered takeout anywhere else. Well balanced dinners with mains, vegetables, starch, salad , rolls and dessert..all you have to add is beer or...

My mother ordered from here for Easter a few months ago and not only did they get the order wrong but they charged extra. My Mother asked for enough food for 6 people and they only provided enough for 5. She aslo ordered specific dessert items and they did not provide what she asked for but instead substituted without notice and still ended up messing that up. When my Mother called to tell them they offered to drive it to her house and then had the audacity to charge her more money for their mistake. Worst part...the food wasnt even that great so it ended up being a total waste of money. She was quoted $130 for the dinner and was then charged $217. Some customer service!!!! My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs especially if this is how they treat the customers that they make mistakes with...made no attempt to correct or...

We worked with Patti at Jack Frances Catering to plan our wedding and reception. We wanted a venue that allowed us to have cocktail hour, our ceremony, and dinner and dancing in one space. The catering hall was perfect. Patti was helpful and efficient through the entire process. She had many things we needed which saved us money in rentals. The food was delicious and affordable. Her baker made our cake and we were able to provide our own alcohol which was served by her bartenders. The wait staff were wonderful as well. The hall was included in the total cost so we did not have to coordinate anything ourselves except flowers and booze. I would highly recommend this venue. We had an absolutely...
