So I was taken here by my boyfriend to get my eyebrows done with him. He always has good results when he leaves. The lady who was supposed to do my brows said I “don’t have enough eyebrow hair” even though I hadn’t touched them in over a month. She refused service and only would dye them. She also double dips wax sticks into the same pot (VERY UNSANITARY especially of someone has a blood borne illness. That can spread it from person to person.) and made me bleed when she roughly plucked 3 hairs from under my right brow with tweezers that she also used on my boyfriend right before. Didn’t sanitize them between us. I left annoyed and just did mine at home.

She also got upset when I said my go to is to shave mine off and redraw since they’re uneven and have very different arches instead of educating me how to shape them. She also told me to not wear a bonnet to protect my hair if it touches my eyebrows bc it’s making hair get misshapen. Also used WINDEX to get the dye off my skin when she dyed them. Skin was super dry after that.

Definitely won’t be returning. You can see the marks in the picture under my eyebrow and see how bushy they are. All I can say is do better and retake classes on esthetician stuff. Especially if you’re putting someone’s...

I cannot express my gratitude for Kim & Amelia, they were both extremely professional and accommodative for my bridal makeup & hair needs. Kim- thank you for opening after hours for us, especially with the short notice that we gave you. You even fixed a mishap that someone outsidethe company caused, and cleaned up my brows when you didn’t need to. You really made sure my face was prepared for the wedding. Amelia- you absolutely KILLED it today. You subbed in for our original hair stylist that was sick. You went outside of your comfort zone and styled our hair amazing. You made sure our hair looked as close to the reference pictures we showed as possible and even helped make sure one of the more difficult members of our wedding party was satisfied. You worked with each and every one of us to make sure we got what we wanted. you also took your time and paid attention to detail with our hair. Everything was perfect. After raving about this place I had the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I had gotten a haircut the week prior and although everything seemed perfect, I've attached the photos to show the issue. The layers didn't gradually drop, there was a obvious disconnect top layers from bottom length. When I went back to discuss how to fix it the hairstylist refused me service and told me to go somewhere else. I was not rude, nor disrespectful. She accused me of having and attitude which I also deny having. I ended up in tears with disbelief and embarrassment. I spoke to the owner over the phone and I was scheduled with another stylist for another day. You would think at least I would get a discount. But all I got was an empty apology from the owner.
