The three of us stopped in about 6. Parking lot needs repair - lot of pot holes & cracks (You could really wreck your suspension or develop alignment issues). The host greated us immediately. The bar area needed to be cleaned (there were discarded napkins & bags on the top drinking area & there was no bartender). Kinda gross. Booth was clean & service was quick. We got our extra fries ( they were a little cool, not hot & crispy). Burgers were done to perfection. Buns were a little stale, soggy & fell apart after a couple bites (Monster Burgers). Tomatoes in the Monster Burger was a greenish pink (unripe) Our computer pay monitor mal functioned (Receipt didn't print). It irritates me the pay monitor offers a tip calculator & offers to include tip with the purchase - Doesn't management know that if you tip with a credit or debit card, the credit card company gets a percentage? Usually its 3-6%. That adds up on a big bill ($3 to $6 for every hundred!). ALWAYS TIP IN CASH! Menus are laminated, clean, easy to read & describe the food in detail. Employees were happy, attentive & speedy. Overall an ok meal.
Update June 21st 2022... My son & I (both born in June) got our free birthday burgers & two extra fries 🍟! I had a Monster Burger. Don't know what he had. He had a root beer float drink & I had a tall tap beer. Total cost...about $11.00! Would have been about $50.00. Sailor, our waitress was excellent😚. A reminder...if you tip on a free meal & service is good, give your server 20% cash ( based on value of the meal) If you do it on a card, the vendor gets a percentage. We tipped her $10.00. They're short staffed. Be patient. Have a cocktail while you wait for your food 😉 if it's taking longer...
Read moreThis was my first time to a Red Robin Restaurant. I came with my 2 year old daughter my mother and my sister. It qas a Tuesday about 2:30 in the afternoon the place was pretty much a ghost town. We were seated Quickly but after that things from a service stand point went down hill. We were thrown in to a both and treated like we were more of a pain in the server backside then paying customers wich their was no reson for seen as we were basically the only ones in the place. First our server never gave his name nor did I see a name tag although I may have missed the name tag. He then proceeded to to rush our order never explaining any of our options when we inquired about different things on the menu and never suggested anything even though it was obvious we had never been to a red robin. My daughter could barely see over the table we were never offered a high chair or booster seat we had to track our server down to get a booster seat after being their for over 10 minutes with him making multiple trips to the table. The food came quick it was hot and very delicious. Their was no problem their at all. But then as we are leaving I go to use the bathroom it was filthy. All and all food was great and it's a step up from a fastfood joint. The price was reasonable for the food quality but they need to work on training servers to be more friendly and helpful to guest in the future . Now I would like all that read this to know that I work in restaurant myself as cook. I have been in the industry over 5 year's and so I know bad service ...
Read moreFor context we have been to this restaurant a few times before and had a server named Debbie. Today she was our server again. We ordered food and mentioned MULTIPLE times we CANNOT eat pork/pig under any circumstances. Not once but a few times. She also knows this since she has served us before. Once our appetizer came in (chips and queso) we decided to start eating the food. After a bit she decided to come over and say ‘do I hurt your feelings or spare your feelings?’ As I didnt tell you And proceeds to tell that the queso had pork in it. We hadn’t known it had pork in it but she knew and didn’t tell us until we ate a decent amount of it. She didn’t even apologize to us a single time and didn’t seem fazed by it. We told her manager and he talked to her yet she still didn’t seem to care. She also told us an odd comment at first about how the father figure in our family wasn’t here with us and how it was funny. Overall her service was horrible. She was very rude about the situation and seemed to mock us. She didn’t feel any shame, and she thought it would’ve been fine if she hadn’t told us at all that we ate something AGAINST our religion and culture . She couldn’t look us in the eye and seemed proud of herself. This is unacceptable behavior. They seemed to be concerned about taking money off our bill but money isn’t the issue. She should feel guilty about this behavior since it was no surprise to her we COULDN'T eat pork. She knew beforehand it was in the meal and...
