Charming little restaurant and store. Loved the cheese wallpaper and the history of the cheese capital on the wall. I had the 3 cheese with bacon and tomato sandwich perfectly crispy bread with gooey melted cheese complimented with bacon and tomato. The pickle on the side was crunchy and crisp, served with potato chips and a sample of Mac and cheese. A cheese lovers delight. Staff was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. The place was clean and bright and brought a smile to my face. Thank you for a great experience and...
