"Hole in the wall" local diner . Very popular with Plymouth and Sheboygan county residents. Be prepared to find your own seat , it is usually pretty packed , but ample seating won't leave you standing . The price , along with speed , make this a great place to stop in a pinch . The waitstaff is attentive and prompt while also remaining polite (sometimes hard to come by.) I can't speak for all the dishes ( I haven't tried much else on the menu ), but breakfast will not disappoint . Little tip :if you want 3 eggs order two , you usually get an extra. This is a quaint little place on main street. Small but balanced menu with a traditional breakfast, omelets, pancakes, etc. 🥘
The staff was harried, it is covid still, but helpful and polite. We can all take a bit more patients nowadays with so many people getting paid not to work.
I had the biscuits and gravy which I must admit that the gravy was average but the biscuits were toasted and buttered. Next time i would get pancakes or eggs and hash browns. Keep up the good work.
The men’s room had a diaper changing table which is a nice thought for those dads out there.

Wait staff great.Ask for 1/2 order biscuits and gravy was told that the cook ( don't know if he was the owner or not ) said they didn't do 1/2 order's so I decided on quite possibly the worst so called omelet that I ever had. It was a corned beef hash, the omelet must have started out 28 inches around and all he did was keep folding it as it browned up to a nice hard surface that was not edible. I would have asked for a new meal but my wife's pancakes with the ice cold blueberry pie filling over a hard pancake was not any better. Next time...
