Picture this… you’ve been slaving away to wee hours of the morning on this big work initiative and it’s absolutely perfect. Your thoughts flowing you get it all down and save once or twice along the way. You then go in and add supporting advice and all the good stuff to fully execute it… you’re in the home run and then the worse happens… your computer freezes. This was me. I was so panicked I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked. When I finally got it back on… all my work was gone. I got on my phone and frantically searched google and when that didn’t work ran to linkedin.

I called Tom the next day and explain everything. He was so calm and patient. He felt really confident that he’d be able to help and get all my work back. So glad I stumbled across him. I met him later that day and sure enough in the matter of an hour he had it all figured out. Highly recommend!

My second encounter with Tom was a year or two later. One day I got home after being out all day and I noticed that my front door top deadbolt lock was moved and the door was slightly opened. It nearly scared me to death. I immediately called nearby family member who came by and searched the house with me. Thankfully everything was fine. But it really spooked me.

In recent years I have had police stop by the house about issues at our neighbors house and ask if we had cameras to look at occurrences and we had just never gotten around to getting anything installed. It was long overdue so I thought to call Tom.
