Despite positive reviews from others. Here’s my experience:
I am inquiring as to the advertised 3 day pass to StudioWorks Yoga which reads:

My daughter and I visited your studio to use the 3 day pass. I called before coming and was told I only needed to complete a form. I showed up that evening to complete the form and was told I could NOT get a 3 day pass because you were not present to authorize it. I paid for the class for my daughter and me which turned out not be a yoga flow class because the regular teacher was sick and a sub stood in at the last minute. The class was mildly enjoyable but it was not what I paid for or was expecting.
I returned two days later and again was DENIED a 3 day pass. The excuse given by your front desk girl was I could not get a pass because a manager was not available. Your front desk girl said the manager - you- would be available in the morning.
I called the following day and was told you would not be available until next week.
What exactly is your policy on this 3 day pass? Are you training your front desk staff to give passes? If so, why wasn’t I given one? If not, your advertisement is false and will be reported. Also, is your facility open to Black people as it seems that on the phone I was given one answer but when I arrived, I was given the run around and am still getting it. Frankly, the energy and service I am getting suggest several things: there is a serious lack of communication with your front desk staff management is only loosely involved with the day to day operation of tour facility and/or Black people are not welcome in...
Read moreI spoke to the manager at the powerhouse gym in Plymouth MA. She was very rude. I called to see if I needed to reinstate my account. They stopped taking money out of my account so I assumed it was due to COVID. I was told by a staff member when I first called it was because my card expired. It turns out my card didn't expire until the following year. The manager couldn't give me an explanation. It wasn't on my end or my bank. I asked her how come she didn't reach out to me. She said it wasn't her job to do my banking. I signed up for automatic banking, my card wasn't expired, COVID was not my doing. I was looking to go back. I'm no long interested. owner/manager extremely unprofessional and rude.
To her response I wasn’t offered 6 free months. She was so argumentative I didn’t want to deal with her...
Read moreHaving arrived to this once health club, now reduced to a local club by neglect, from various cities to continue physically fit on a travel schedule, it is time to alert others to the deplorable condition. This member visits when in town and was there last week, checked in and noticed how neglected the facility has continued. The weight lifting area was covered in surface debris from weeks old traffic, cockroaches were noticed crawling from under the mats during the warm-up in the side warm-up room, the benches on the muscle conditioning and weight lifting areas have visible tears and covers torn open so they must be covered to avoid bacteria. After exposure to there conditions, it was necessary for me to leave the gym, so the workout ended w/only a few minutes on the elliptical watching the...
