Asian Essence Thai food — Restaurant in Plymouth

I'm from out of town and have been in the area for about 3 months now for work. I travel all over the country and I eat out a lot especially different types of cuisines. I have been to this restaurant and ordered take out over 10 times already. I can PROMISE you that their food is fresh every time I order and it is authentic. It's a mixture of Chinese food and Thai food. Their food doesn't taste like every other Chinese restaurant which is what makes this place so good and makes me keep coming back.

I highly recommend this place. I normally take pictures of my orders but every time I've been in a rush to eat that I've forgotten. I will come back and update my review with pictures.

The owner is a very nice man and I have pleasant conversations with him every time I come in. I don't mind waiting for my delicious and freshly made food.

Go and support your local businesses, if you're eating out, try something different instead of your typical burgers...

Go to the Thai restaurant in Bourne!! This establishment is very disrespectful.

I called to place an order of the"pan kee mao". The man who answered the phone response was, "okay, which one?". I asked what he meant by that. He proceeds to say, "which one? I don't understand you people who call and just say pam-kee mao, I mean which one you want? Chicken, beef, or veggie". I said, "nevermind and have a great evening". This is the third rude encounter I've had with them.

I had also asked for sauce at another time ordering from them and the man refused to give it to me because he didn't want me putting it on the meal I ordered. He stated, "no, this meal does not take sauce, goodbye". I left...

I truly hate, leaving bad reviews and usually if I have a bad experience, I just don’t leave a review at all, but there were so many good reviews, but I thought this place had to be great. I ordered hot basil, fried rice with tofu and vegetables and pineapple fried rice with chicken. What I got was bland overcooked rice with vegetables and tofu and basil fried rice with chicken so I called to ask if I could swap it out and was told that’s what I ordered Too bad.
