P&N Pawn Shop — Local services in Plymouth

I am very disappointed in this pawn shop. To begin with, I bought a tv with no stand that I ended up buying a stand for. In less than a month, I tried to return it since my father had a really hard time working it for free internet channels. According to them, their policy is returns can be done in one month. I returned the tv in less than one month with the receipt, and they refused to give me the whole refund for the tv plus they kept the base I bought and did not give me any money for it. They completely disregarded their return policy and only gave me a little bit of the amount of the tv ($30 out of the $90). They have a policy of 30 days and they simply ignored it. The tv was still in the same condition that I bought it and even had a stand (did not come with it before). Now I am just tired of their lies and disregard for the policy they have. I have a phone on layaway that I asked if I could finish paying for it then return it, for a full refund without leaving the store. They are also declining this as well. If I cancel the layaway, they will take 20% off the amount that I have paid them already. They just lied to me again!!!! They have stolen over $100 from me in both refunds and cancellations. They claim that the 20% is from the final price instead of the amount I paid them. I have always went to EZ Pawn in Logansport with no problems. They were always so willing even with returns. P&N Pawnshop is a horrible place to do any business with since they cannot even follow their own policies! I will not be returning for any business at all once the phone issue is taken care of!!!! They are thieves and dishonest with their customers!!!!! Simply disappointing and angry...

Sold me a jump starter. It was swelled a bit didn't see till I got home plugged it in let it charge for a lil and just tried to turn it on and such wouldn't turn on relized the charger was a 15v and only needed to be a 12v so it wouldn't take a charge it would just say full battery. I called the lady that sold it to me not even a hour after I purchased it told her that it was kinda swelled and wouldn't take a charge she told me I would have to come back Monday when the owner was there so I waited till Monday called up there before I headed out talked to the manager she told me yes I could bring it back and they would plug it in and look at it if it didn't work she would give me my money back. So drove 40 mins back to the place took it in and the lady sold it to me starts making excuses of how it worked and this and that and they wouldn't even plug it in to see the issue. So if u purchase anything that takes a charge or simply plugs into a outlet look it over and demand it to be plugged in because if it's faulty the owner,manager and worker will go hide and have their little pow-wows. And the owner will simply be happy to screw you out of ur money. And the bad part is I paid over the value price just because it was within driving distance but simply learned you can't trust a pawn shop. I shouldve just purchased...

When you walk through the door, you notice a few things right away. It’s clean, organized, and everyone is smiling! Rare for a pawnshop. Also these guys treat each customer with the utmost respect (even those who walk that disrespect line). They always are up for wheeling and dealing of the good stuff. They always have new and unique stuff in here. Anything from little knives to guns to games to speakers to lawnmowers and tools. I have been to many different pawn shops but this one is definitely a must stop! Fair trade value, layaway(at a pawnshop??? First time seeing that but awesome that this is service they provide) and loans. They’re extremely up front. You walk in and feel how transparent they are. They really do just want to help people and have some fun making customers happy with their items. To wrap it all up, they treat you like family. You walk in to big smiles and enthusiastic greetings.
