I called ServPro for airduct cleaning and had the pleasure of speaking with Lacey. She was so professional and informative and helped get me on the schedule within the same week! I was shocked at how early they could get me on the schedule. Then on the day the air duct cleaning was to take place, I had a phone call come through from their team, Berto and Kenzie. They were polite and professional in their communication. They let me know they would be at my home in an hour and when they arrived they got straight to work on unloading all the equipment and getting the house ready. I had to leave during the service and I felt so comfortable leaving them in my home to work. When I got back they were finished and my house clean and smelled so fresh! They wiped down the air vents and I just cannot say enough amazing things about this company and team. Thank you Lacey, Berto, and Kenzie. We had an upstairs bathroom flood and leak down through the kitchen ceiling. Servpro arrived and set up fans to dry it out. They came back and determined that the vinyl sheet flooring needed to be pulled up in the bathroom. They did a tear out and set the fans back up. Later I was advised by a friend that Servpro should have known there was a possibility of asbestos and they should have gotten the floor tested for asbestos since the home was built in 1979. I had a sample tested and it came back positive for asbestos. So not very happy that a company doing demo and restoration work on the regular didn’t have the knowledge or concern to suggest testing be done. Then to top it off, fans were set up to blow asbestos all around the house. Ceiling drywall work was ok. We can see the area that was patched and paint streak marks.

Overall, they work fast and were responsive but provided mediocre work at best and obviously exposed my whole family...

In March of this year we received a phone call while we were in Florida that a pipe busted in our finished basement and went undetected for quite awhile. Our basement was a disaster. Called Servpro, they came in with dryers and boxed everything up that was salvageable. Removed all walls and ceiling to studs. Brought in a crew to reconstruct everything. They were awesome. They took care of everything. No worries for us. If we needed something they were right there. This is a wonderful company that truly cares about you.
