Bourbon Street Pizza (Plymouth) — Restaurant in Plymouth

12-27-20 ordered a taco pizza. When picking up the pizza one of the employees was mopping the floor. Upon turning around to leave, she had slid the mop bucket right behind my feet and I tripped on the bucket and almost fell! She had no concern! We've had their taco pizza plenty, however, upon reaching home, found this one to be cold and missing the refried beans, had burnt meat, cold cheese that was not melted on the top and only a sauce container of crushed dorito crumbs and not the unopened snack size bag like normal. At this time it was 8:40pm and they were open for another 20 minutes, however, we called MULTIPLE times until 9pm and noone answered the phone, in fact, the line hung up on us a few times!!! We were trying to ask what happened to the pizza and ask for either a refund or a pizza credit for a later date that was made by someone else. Instead, since noone would answer the phone to resolve this issue of THE WORST PIZZA WE'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!!! We were left with leaving this review. The pizza is delicious but they need new employees because no one answers the phone then you have to pay technology fees and have to guess which cheese they use. Then you walk in and no one says hi, sitting down on their phones, when there's like 8 people in there who could've answered the phone in the first place. Everyone mumbles and makes it a huge point that they don't want to be there, then you get home and didn't guess the cheese right yet again. Or they somehow forget to put the sauce on it which has also happened to me before. And to top it all off none of the locations around here deliver to me. So 15 dollars for a pizza I ordered online and 12 over the phone...

If I got this Togo I would have prolly given it another star. I came in and no ice in the pop machine. I get it…..sometimes things break. Also no carbonation from this pop machine. Smh. Failed to mentioned these things when they charged me close to 3$ for a flat warm pop. Pizza was aight….take it or leave it. Nothing to write home about. Bourbon Street Pizza is more like Better Than Nothing Pizza. I was excited about the initial 4+ star rating. Either I caught them on a bad weekend or they have settled and this is what they have...
