I eat at this Dairy Queen it least 2 to 3 times a week. I was in there today order my usual chicken strip basket got out to my car I was given a number one. Which I never order i went back in said this to cashier I didn’t order this she said yes you did she never offered to replace it or anything said I was wrong. I own business’s and if I have a customer especially a customer that comes there a lot I would have made it right. So as I walked out I tossed the bag of food in the trash and cashier saw me do that. I feel this is the wrong way to deal with that situation. So I guess by Plymouth DairyQueen standards the customer is always wrong. I spend it least $45 to $50 a week at this Dairy Queen. But I will not be going back unless I get a response back making this right. Until then I will be going to eat most my lunches at Culver’s instead sure they will appreciate a customer who frequents there establishment a lot. I am sure I will get the same generic response you give to the other negative reviews not saying hey come in next time and we will correct this for you. Instead you will say we’re sorry to hear this and hope you will give us another chance next time you crave Dairy Queen. It least make your responses more personal to the complaint not some...
Read moreI ordered a large Blizzard with hot fudge on it. They blended it, so it became chocolate ice cream. Whatever, that's fine—a Blizzard is blended. I just wanted my $6 back because it wasn't what I wanted. They didn't do anything wrong with the ice cream; it just didn't get communicated properly. The problem was the manager came right up and started an argument with us, being condescending immediately. She said, "So a Blizzard is blended, is that correct?" in a very rude tone. Like, okay :/ My boyfriend and I were like, "Well, I guess so, but it's just not what we wanted. I don't want to pay $6 for something I don't want." She started a big issue, like, girl, this isn't your money; it's not a big deal. She seemed to think I wanted another one, so I explained again to her that I'm not even trying to get another one. It wasn't a big deal; I just wanted my money back 🤦♀️. So she tries what I assume was her attempt at intimidating me by staring me down before she gives me my change back. This wasn't even approached as a big issue; she just made it into one. I don't know if she had a bad day and wanted to take things personally,...
Read moreDriving down Hwy 30, hungry for a cone. Saw the billboard advertising DQ ahead, 2nd light, turn right, 2 minutes. So, we proceeded. When you turn right, it is a LONG 2-minute drive to DQ. Once there, we saw a long line of cars in the drive-up. We didn't mind waiting in the line. Ordered our chocolate-dipped vanilla cones, and when we finally arrived at the window, the lady picked up the cones that were waiting for us on the counter. We continued on our long journey home and found we could barely eat our cones without making a huge mess. The cones must have waited so long on that counter that the ice cream under the hard chocolate dip had melted. As soon as we bit through the dip, the ice cream dripped everywhere. Maybe we should have gone inside to order, or maybe DQ could put the waiting orders...
