I will not buy any jewelry from here again. I wish I could return my ring and go somewhere else. My husband bought my ring and was told it would have warranty. After we got married I went in to have two rings solderized. We also bought another ring to add. They said warranty was not added at the beginning but could be added present day (a year later). I said I wanted to confirm pricing prior to adding. We talked to the manager who also said that it could be added. When we spoke to the employee she said that they only need warranty on one out of the three rings in order for it to apply to the whole set. I asked why I needed to put it on the other two if that was the case. She said the other Fred Meyers require it but the one in Pocatello doesn't. Which seemed odd to me. I asked for clarification on the policy because it didn't make sense to me. She did not have the answers nor did the district manager. I also needed my ring resized to a smaller size while getting solderized. When I returned to pick up my ring they said they could not add the warranty to the other rings even though they guaranteed it and said that it would cost money in the future to get it resized or adjusted on the two that didn't have it. I told them the employee said we could add it and even if we didn't they would still cover it. In addition to the misinformation my ring was resized to a whole size bigger and not smaller which was never discussed. When I went in to have them review their notes and resize it again they said they weren't sure what happened. Another employee was very rude to us saying she heard about the "trouble clients" and they weren't going to fix it because of not having warranty. The district manager fixed it but now there is a gap between my rings because it was not solderized correctly. The district manager said he was against the decisions being made and how we were treated and said to reach out to corporate and go above the regional manager. Over the last 9 months I've tried calling corporate several times and have not heard back. I am very disappointed with the way everything was handled especially for a ring that I should be proud to wear and will wear everyday. I would advise anyone and everyone to never support a Fred...

He bought the lifetime warranty so that just in case anything happened we would be protected. About 4 months after he bought it for me, the entire diamond popped off. When I took it in, the guy was extremely rude- asking me what I had done to make it pop off, told me I was being too tough on it, and that I needed to take it off more often. However, they fixed it because I had the warranty. After this, it broke at LEAST 10 more times. They replaced the ring once and it kept breaking, and it just was a flimsy ring. Because we got the lifetime warranty, it said on the back of the receipt that if it was beyond repair, they would offer a gift card. (10 breaks seems beyond repair to me?) but when I approached them, they told me that they could fix it, replace it with the same ring (which they already tried), or I could pay DOUBLE the price of my ring for a new one. I mentioned the gift card option, but they told me there was nothing they could do. Soooooo I took my ring to the Idaho Falls Fred Meyer jeweler and they bought it out no questions asked. Fred Meyers Jeweler in Pocatello (over an hour and a half away) was BY FAR the most affordable. We werenât sure about my size so we had to adjust a couple times (our bad) and they were BEYOND kind and helpful during the process.They worked with our availability (even late into their open hours) and matched their effort to the efforts we were putting on our end. They didnât let us settle. đđ„° Although we didnât buy my ring from them they have a beautiful collection of a wide variety of rings. They even have an Earth friendly collection.
