On December 28th we went to this store for a minor problem on my husband phone and we were told that we were eligible to upgrade our phones to the new S24 Plus. I asked if he was sure that we could upgrade as I felt that our phones still had a balance, but he assured me that we could do it and didn't have to pay anything. It turned out to be that we still had a balance of $ 562 each one of us. Besides that, the rep decided to order 4 business internets without telling us. When we received the devices, we went to the store several times to return them and we were told that they couldn't receive the internets there, and that I needed to call 611 to resolve the problem. And that is when the nightmare started.Since the beginning of January, I have called 611countless times and NOBODY can help me to resolve this problem. I also have gone to different stores to plead my case and each store says something different. The franchise says that a corporate store is the one that should resolve the problem and corporate says that the franchise store is responsible for receiving back the devices that WE DONT WANT AND DIDN'T ORDER. WHATS MORE, WE DO NOT NEED ANY INTERNET BECAUSE WE ARE CLOSING THE COMPANY AT THE END OF APRIL. Due to the actions of this rep we are now stuck with a bill for more than $2400, that must be paid by March 3rd. The bill include those 4 internets plus the old phones that had balances and other prior lines that appeared from no where. We do not understand what's going on because we have been paying monthly to verizon, and we were under the impression that once we changed the phones, if there was a balance, Verizon would give us a credit because of a promotion or the balance was being monthly billed. Also, we were asked by the rep to return our old phones and now corporate is telling us that those phones were ours and we didn't need to return them. I'm beginning to think that all the ordering of the internets and pushing of the new phone is a fraudulent behavior from this store to make more money by scamming seniors. After all, seniors are easy prey or so they believe. That store needs to be audited ASAP, to avoid situations like this that are stressful to the customers involved. Do yourself a favor, if you a have a problem with your phone or anything you need from Verizon, go to the stores that are part of corporate verizon. Do not go to the ones that are franchises...

They had not even fulfilled the order yet. They advised me I had to complete the pickup and take the phone to the corporate store where they could exchange it. I drove over to that store where the manager advised me they could not exchange the phone since it came from an authorized dealer. I called customer service and spent 40 minutes on the phone and they tried speaking with the manager to exchange the phone for me and the manager still advised he could not assist me and told the customer service agent on the phone the same. They advised this was not correct but nothing else they could do. The manager at the store sent me to another victra authorized location. I then drove over there but they turned out to not be a victra location so they sent me to a fourth store. I then drove another 15 minutes to this Victra store. They advised they couldnāt help me either but we could call customer service. I was then told I could mail the phone back and then purchase the phone I wanted once they processed the return. This wasted about four hours of my day and was an awful experience to say the least. I have been a Verizon customer for 7 years and have never gone through something like this. We were currently with ATnT and T Mobile. DARIEN WAS SO PATIENT, he explained so many things I did not know about a CELL PHONE, my previous phone was Samsung S10+, so it has been quite a while! I am thrilled with this decision and will recommend this location and Darien and Dave, his supervisor to get back to VERIZON! **BUYER BEWARE! OK, revising this review! BUYER BEWARE! I was absolutely scammed! I was advised new phone SPECIAL would cost me $110.Ć·36 months, well it will be $15.22 Ć36 months, 611 rep and a supervisor advised me the numbers I mentioned above were never going to happen so now I'm locked in for 36 months and will be paying $550. for the new phone. DARIAN, BAD MOVE! My new bill would have been $126. monthly, I didn't need International CLOUD, as I have never left the United States! The reason I did this was to SAVE $$$, it came to my attention when I got a confirmation from the INSURANCE bill stating my monthly charge would be $19. Was told I NEEDED this, NOT SO!
