Dealt with Natalie on 9/7 and had a terrific experience, she had asked for me to come back the following day because that's when the new order period opened for the new iPhone.
Went back the following day, but she had something come up and we dealt with Michael. He was ok, nothing to complain about other than the fact that we were told we could get programming with DirecTV stream that turned out to be 100% false.
The issues arose when I received an email from UPS that there was an issue with the new phone delivery. I come to find out that Michael had entered the delivery information incorrectly, even though it is the same address used for billing. I called AT&T to find this out, and the rep told me we had to do a lost order and basically begin from scratch.
I called the store, being that it was at this location where the error was made to have Michael answer the phone. At this time I did not remember who we had dealt with in person. I had explained my reason for calling and asked he look up who I was dealing with. He was dismissive from the beginning, and claimed he could not look up anything without me being in the store. I explained the reason I was calling was for some guidance so I didn't come into the store angry. He asked what I was calling about which I directly told him that either he or one of his employees had made an error on placing the order once again. his response was, "well do you feel better now you said this?" At this point there was no reason to be calm with him with his attitude that is embarrassing for any management position, especially when the mistake is on the store's end.
I told him I would be in the store tomorrow morning and asked what time they opened. He responded, "you can come right now if you want" and proceeded to give me the stores address. As the owner of this store I would want to be aware that your manager treats people in this fashion. Customer service was fine as far as not being rude or being attentive walking in, everything else about this visit ended up in 5 hours of a saturday spent in the corporate store in Brick to rectify all the problems that were incurred in this visit. I will never be returning to this store and would highly recommend never giving them any business at all whatsoever if you value your time and sanity. I went there to create a new account and add an existing number being carried over to the account from verizon. Initially everything seemed fine but a day later the phone number from verizon no longer had any service couldnt call, receive calls, text or receive texts or access any kind of data, because the codes to move the number over were input incorrectly, my phone number (always an at&t number) also stopped working and when we went back to the store saturday morning, they told us they could not help us at all and we had to go to the brick store. The brick store could not access my account because the point store had put in the incorrect pin number when they asked me to choose my pin, then they put my account in my Dads name and to access any account you need the license of the account holder, now wasting the time and bringing in another person to sit in the store for 2 hours when they had absolutely nothing to do with this account, they fell victim to the point store laziness and instead of inputting my info just piggy backed my account off of an existing family plan. I brought my trade-in device to this store according to the instructions provided by AT&T, and it never made it back to AT&T. As a result, AT&T is refusing to honor the promotional pricing for my phone, despite me having a receipt for the trade-in.
Store manager Brian C was courteous and tried to help, but the store is unable to provide me with a tracking number for the device. The area manager is unable to help and is ignoring my requests for assistance and no one at this locations seems to know what happened to this device.
