11/6- Fiance threw caution to the wind and we decided to go back and get the sizing beads. They were so inexpensive, and the process was very easy! After we did this, my fiance looked at mens rings, and she went over multiple options and is contacting the company to let him know about customizaton. Another amazing experience with Aebischer's!

10/23- My fiance proposed to me on Tuesday, and unfortunately, I told him the wrong size. We live in Pittsburgh, and the jeweler he ordered it from was a small business in Michigan. We frequently visit Boardman, and since I needed to get sized, we googled jewelers and came across Aebischer's.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and even though it was about 30 minutes before closing and quite busy, we were helped within 3 minutes. The saleswoman was so kind. Despite her knowing that my ring wasn't purchased at Aebischer's, she still treated us as if we did. She gave me multiple options for sizing, and was kind enough to give me a new temporary ring sizer. I had bought a pack at Walmart and it was cutting off the circulation to my finger, and by her attaching the new sizer, it was instant relief! She even gave me another to take home.

My fiance was checking out the mens selection, and she gave him the website information for customization.

I recently lost 3 rings during a house move, including my late mother's engagement ring. My first encounter with Aebischer's Jewelry was when I went in there to try to obtain some valuations on the jewelry that I had lost for insurance purposes. Their sympathetic and thoughtful attitude helped to make an awful situation much more bearable for me. Nothing was too much trouble and their caring attitude was so comforting. Upon the settlement of my loss I returned to them to arrange for a custom ring to be made - Doug was wonderful, really listening to all my requests and sent for several samples of stones and settings until I found the right one, or as he put it, something that 'spoke' to me. The ring was made and I could not have been happier, it is fabulous! Since then, I have arranged for various jewelry repairs and modifications to be carried out by Aebischer's, all with the same meticulous attention to detail. It is such a friendly and welcoming place, all the staff are so pleasant, and when in the store it certainly seems that so much of the clientele are returning customers. No wonder! What a jewel of a place, If they don't have what you want, they will go out of their way to help you, without any pressure sales techniques.
