I would like to share my horrendous experience in this store, yesterday 6/18/2021. My sister and I both females in our 20s arrived in this store late evening around 7pm. After walking down about 4 isles I realized we were being followed by a male. Telling myself he is probably just shopping at the same pace we are, we continued down the isles. Upon entering the checkout line, the male followed. We let him go before us on purpose in case which he declined and said he “actually forgot something.” Proceeded with our check out and asked management if someone would be able to walk us to our car due to a man following us and making us very uncomfortable. The cashier responded with “wow thats so odd thats the second time today someone has told us that.” Why did there even need to be a second time ?? In response, the manager said he’s sorry we were followed, refused to walk us out, did not inform authorities, did not even attempt to make us feel somewhat safe during our time in the store or exiting. Luckily a MOM stepped up to make sure we were safe. Guess thats what you get for asking a male manager with blue hair these days. I was very insulted by the manager Elizabeth I tried to return a glassware that was broken but the sku she saw was from the Manufacturers she assumed that it wasn’t purchased from there now keep in mind the glass is broken not once did she suggest possibly the proper sku was on the broken pieces which it was her reply was in front of her colleagues and customers that “that’s not our sku” so basically calling me a liar which was so unprofessional and embarrassing . I couldn’t find my receipt at the time but I went back home and did I return it at the store I originally bought it from as she suggested as well . The other store gave me no issues I went right back to the store manager Elizabeth and showed her it’s honest ppl still walk this earth and asked for corporates number I’m very appalled . Read moreI only gave one star because I cant select zero. I brought a small wooden table to the checkout counter that had been written on with a black permanent marker. It had "D Y" clearly written on it. I asked for a discount because I would need to sand the markings off and refinish it. The checkout person said that was part of the natural features of the wood grain. I asked her if I went and got some sandpaper, sanded the marks off to prove they were not natural if I could then get a discount of half off the $150 (overpriced!!) that it was priced at. She said yes, and so I went to Lowe's, got a piece of 220 sandpaper and spent 5 minutes sanding off the "D Y". I took the table straight back to the store and the manager (Louis) refused to make the discount that had been promised. This whole evolution took about an hour, the same checkout lady was there. Louis offered $10 off and I declined. I will not be shopping at this...
