I can't say enough good things about Chad. I travel up and down south Florida and shop all the TJX stores for collectibles that are sold in these stores. Most management I have encountered have been condescending, unwilling to help, or just plain careless for the customer.

Today was my third or fourth encounter with Chad and every single time I am amazed at this man's customer service and the genuinely kind personality he has. He is always willing to help you find what you're looking for. Tj Maxx in Pompano is a different experience than any other TJMAXX. the customer service is A1 especially from Chad. I see why he is in management. Great personality. Every staff member could learn from him ♡ GREAT JOB YOU...

It’s very horrible I’ve been a tj Max’s member since 2016 and the other day I was trying to return something without my receipt but with the tag price they literally told me it wasn’t matching which didn’t make any sense because I bought there with the tag price so they made me waited and went to check it or whatever the lady came to me and telling me it’s unacceptable... I thought customers service were supposed to be happy. It looks more about Themselves instead of customer and I’m calling corporate, I dis activated my credit card just because of that because if I can’t get any satisfaction it make no sense to shop there at all and will never go back there. 3722 N Federal Hwy,...
