Never AGAIN! Ordered one large pizza at 7:00pm and was told my order would be ready at 7:45pm. 7:45pm comes and no pizza! I called the store only to be put on hold and hung up on. I called again only to have the call center person on the line say they will direct me to the actual store. Finally get a hold of a someone mind you it is 8:30pm and still no pizza. The guy on the phone tells me that my pizza should be on it’s way. It is 9:05pm and still no pizza! Finally after waiting forever I decided to just head to the store and get a refund upon arriving I seen 2 bags where they carry the pizzas on the dirty sidewalk just sitting there. Inside is only 3 workers one of the workers is basically standing there while the phone is ringing off the hook. The other girl in the back is moving ten times slower than a snail no wonder delivery is backed up. After getting my refund the lady up front tells me oh we’ve been having issues with this particular driver. I’m like really and you guys thought it would be a good idea to continue having g home him do delivery routes?! This Pizza Hut should be put out of business!! I’ve never had this problem with Dominoes or Papa Johns. Sometimes you just have to stick to what your use to decided to give this pizza hut a try and never again learn my lesson. Read moreI tried to place an order online today. Their online website gave me an error twice so I called the location and no one answered. I called my husband because he was on his way there and explained what happened. When he got home 1 of my order was wrong so I called the sample road/federal hwy location. The guy that answered said we are having online order issues so I explained to him that my order was wrong and I’ll bring it back. A young girl came on the phone and said we don’t take orders back. I asked for the manager and she hung up on me. Well I was in their face less than 5 min. The manager started going back in forward with me instead of doing her job and finding a solution. She finally caved in when I wasn’t backing down and gave me the correct order. When I asked for the corporate number they gave me some bogus number. Then I ask the guy for his manager name and he didn’t know so the manager finally said Sophia (which I think isn’t her name) because they started speaking a different language. Read moreI placed my order using the app. The app crashed many times while placing the order and the add extra sauce button doesn’t work. Then the restaurant used Door Dash to deliver my order. Which the driver didn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand him, so my order never got delivered. I called the store to speak to someone who could help me and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up and called back. I then talked to the manager AJ I believe was his name. He was nice and helped me with my issue by making the order again and sending it with the regular delivery driver. When the driver showed up he was very rude and short with me. He couldn’t find my apartment after I left very clear instructions for the driver. When he handed me the pizza an hour and a half had already past by. I said thank you and he said nothing rolled his eyes and left. When I opened my pizza box. There was not extra sauce on the pizza and not one marinara sauces that I paid extra for.
