I came here because 1 of the items I ordered last night with made incorrectly (shocking, I know). As I was waiting to talk to a manager, there was a young lady in the kitchen area sweeping the floor. She bent over and picked up half a pair of scissors that were on the floor and placed some on that white plastic surface where they roll the tacos and prepare the food🤢. (I am realistic and know that tacobell is probably not the cleanest of places to begin with but to actually see something picked up off the floor and put in the same area where they make food turned my stomach). So, the same girl that put the scissors down came over and asked me what I wanted and I told her that my food was wrong and originally I just wanted my chalupa remade but after seeing her do that, I would rather just get a refund. She made a rude eye roll face at me and said that she can't refund something that was paid for online yesterday, that she can make me another one. I said I don't want another one I saw you pick up something from the floor and put it where you're going to make my food and she repeated well you can't get a refund. I finally said that's fine I'll just call the corporate number and she said that fine and I walked away. A few seconds later I went back and asked the other girl what the first girl's name was and she said she didn't know and went and asked the girl her name. The scissor girl came back to the counter and asked me what I need. And I told her I just want her name so she puffed up her shoulders all big and said "I'll write it down for you“, obviously implying she doesn't care who I give her name to... she was even kind (or sarcastic) enough to write down the 800 number for me. Long story short Djedline D. needs to learn about sanitation and have a...
Read moreI was there 2 day's ago in the afternoon. I went inside the restaurant. I assumed the dinning room was open since there was no sign saying that it was carry out only. All the other fast food and regular restaurants in the area are open, and only some of the tables had closed signs on them just like other restaurants locations. So I sat down at a table that didn't have a closed sign. No employee said anything to me. Until the manager came out of no where and very rudely said "no eating in here. Carry out only!"She kicked me out while I was taking a bite of my food. She then got loud and rude with other customer's sitting at another table, also without a closed sign on it and kicked them out too. The other customer's and myself politely grabbed our food and walked out. I was embarrassed and offended. As i finished eating my burrito in the parking lot.... They need to make it more clear if there is no dinning inside because it is not clear at all!! And Covid rules or not, that manager has no right to talk to and kick people out in that fashion. I made a mistake for thinking the dinning room was open but the biggest mistake was going to that...
Read moreSo I got the the drive through and I got no greeting. I gave it about 45 seconds before I said "hello?" Through the speaker. After about another 45 seconds I backed up and drove back up thinking maybe my vehicle didn't register on the sensor. I give it about a minute of silence before just driving up to the window because there were quite a few cars behind me. I get to the window and I dont see anyone there, but i see the drive through headset sitting on the counter. I honked my horn and about a minute and a half later a worker pops their head into view through the window and waives her hand over her throat and then disappears again. And at this point I'm pretty upset and leave. What really upset me is that the employee didn't even talk to me and explain to me why they were closed/not taking orders. Waisted my time and the 6 other cars that were in line with me. She could of kept the headset on and just explained that they cant provide service for whatever the reason is or put a simple sign on the drive...
