I recently shopped at the Pompano outlet. I bought a seating group for a total of 1450 dollars. Then I sent a photo of the cushions collapsing recently. But the customer service is not professional at all. I have been waiting for 6 months. I have sent many e-mails. It is a shame that they first take the money and then they do not care. Read moreI bought a sofa, set, and a mattress. We rented a u-haul to pick up the items. We were told the warehouse workers would load the vehicle. They loaded the truck, returned our papers, we left them a hefty tip, and they sent us on our way. Once we were finished emptying the truck, we realized an item was missing. I called and spoke to the manager, I believe his name was John. He informed me that they would not do complimentary delivery or give any sort of money off/back. During my 2nd visit, which was the week of RTG sales event Marie was not there. I was greeted by Pedro and he was very patient with me and just as nice as Marie was. Pedro showed me several different styles and options that suited my needs. Pedro even helped me with my accent pillows and I even bought a recliner.
