Miami Grill — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

This is the worst experience ever had a miami grill location. I give a 0/5 Today i bought a cheesesteak combo and also a drink and thought everything was fine until the second bite and a long curly hair was connected to the sandwich from my mouth. I instantly vomited and went back inside to complain. Everyone preparing the food had on a hair net of some kind with the exception of a lady with long curly hair, just hanging freely as she put food together. Everyone behind the counter was looking at her as I complained about my food. A gentleman offered to make me a new one, but I refused as why would I want another hair sandwich and got a refund and hours later still feel nauseous thinking about it. Why did this lady just have her hair out, ready to drop in the food. How many other people's lunches today came with a side of unwanted, other people hair. It's DISGUSTING!!!!! I get food all the time from Miami subs / grill but just not this location and I will never go back. You have to do better when handling food and am beyond disappointed and extremely disgusted. DO BETTER AND ALL FOOD HANDLERS SHOULD BE PROPERLY ATTIRED INCLUDING...

Food was decent no complaints .there was one employee ( wish i could have got his name) believe young Hispanic man super helpful and nice deserves a raise , also one lady up by the cashier super nice . Only real complaints was the main door to the establishment was locked not very welcoming to guest at all when I first got there looked like they just got done moping the floors I was thinking " maybe" that's why they had to the door locked to let the floors dry but I was there for a good 20 mins and the floors were dry and multiple guest were greeted to a locked door and one gentleman tried to leave and was told to go around ....there was one employee I wasn't pleased with at all was complaining outloud in front of the guest when she asked to clean one of the grills and was complaining about the AC not working in the establishment it wasn't super Cold but it was bareable I can see by the grills if it's super bad complain to management. I would say it was 5/10 experience. Managers and other leadership should pop in occasionally to see...

Ordered a grilled chicken wings and a cheese steak sandwich, some of the wings were burnt until you can taste the bitterness even when it was flooded with buffalo sauce and the others were uncooked. For the steak sandwich, other than what I saw on the menu…I got something totally different from what a saw. I couldn’t recognize what’s inside the sandwich. Now let’s go back to the beginning, I drove up to the menu board and said good night, I did heard something, but it was very low. Now I know the cashiers must be tired if they’re working double shift, I went there about 9:50 PM 10/16/2022. When I do ask the cashier if she can speak up a little bit, she started giving me an attitude. Whoever the manager is, I know that you required a higher standard from your employees and the way they prepared the food.
