Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I had a “party” and I use the word very loosely at this location it was my very first time there so I had no idea what I was in for! My baby party was set for 5:30 I got there 5:33 and he had no set up no table ready nothing! A gentleman walked over when I started to ask why nothing was prepared for my son. I later found out he was the manager of the location. He pointed me to a table and said this is your table. A family just left from there the table was a mess and food all over it! I said this could not be my sons party table with nothing set and food all over it. The manager then got in my face and pointed his fingers at me and said if you do t stop being ghetto and complaining I’m going to cancel your party! And that was that for two hours my guest my son and myself went through hell!!!! I tried to make the best of it setting up my baby’s table because guest started to arrive. I had plates and cups in a theme. He pushed past my guest and said we can’t have cups. My sister asked why? He said this is MY store and I don’t have to explain anything to you! She pointed out that the other party with the Spanish people had a theme cups and we would not remove ours if they were going to have special treatment. He started to just snatch my baby’s cups off the table right in front of my guest. We had no host because every time some one would try to help us the manager Fransico would walk over and make them leave. There was a Spanish group having a party he took our host and had everyone including himself catering to them leaving my party with nothing and no one to give us anything! When it was time for the kids to have ice cream they said don’t give them anything and have extra to the Spanish party instead. We paid for wings were never given them and never refunded. When it was time to pay I asked what I’m paying for I had no party! He then called the police on me! I cried the whole night my baby had no fun. I was discriminated against from the very beginning! Even the officers said they respond there many times and he wish he could of told me not to have my party there before going through this. I will be calling corporate but I’m sure I’ll have to reach out to a lawyer if they are anything but...

It had been several years since I visited a Chuck E. Cheese, but by far, this was the best experience yet!

Celebrating my little prince and his seven years of a wonderful life, my daughter booked this Chuck E. Cheese in the Pompano Citi Center. I can’t begin to tell you how nice, clean, spacious, and all-around superb this place is. I wasn’t able to get all the deets, but they must have recently remodeled because everything looks brand-spanking new and shiny!

The two party coordinators assigned to us, also took care of another party simultaneously but nothing was spared—not the food, nor the service—not even the entertainment with Chuck-e himself.

The kids and kids-at-heart made their way around and through all of the games, tables and rides.

As far as the food, we had pizza which was hot and made to order. The drinks were refilled often and they also gave us a pitcher with ice so that we could refill our water from the soda fountain as often as we needed to. Some of the men purchased beer and sat in a different area away from the little ones. It was early in the afternoon on a Saturday and not crazy busy!

When the party was over, the kids went to redeem their tickets which were automatically saved onto their reloadable game cards connected to a plastic wristband. How convenient!! This was super cool because we weren’t forced to redeem all of the tickets on stuff we really didn’t care for. It was nice to know that we can come back and use them to keep playing and earn even more points.

I can’t recommend this Chuck E. Cheese enough. It truly remains an indoor play place Where A Kid Can Be A Kid® and an adult...

This was by far one of my worse experiences at chuckecheee , and I was very surprised and I’ve been trying to call corporate but unable to get so now I’ve come to write a review , I booked this location because the one closer to my house is much smaller and not as clean as I thought this one would be being that I’ve had parties here before !!! I was very disappointed, my sons first birthday party was not how I thought it would be , for one THERE was no check in person , as I thought that was one of their safety rules nobody was at front so people could just walk in and out and kids were not accounted for by Stamp I thought maybe ok they stepped away but no even when my party was over and I got ready to leave and my guest nobody was there , I was not greeted by my party host I had to keep asking for things ( which wasn’t the staffs fault ) they were extremely understaffed for a Saturday the party tables were full about 6 parties and only two host my party was from 3-5 pm and I didn’t get pizza for the kids until 4:30 ish ! I did my own refills on my drink . Because my host wasn’t attentive to only my party she had about 3-4 more plus in the kitchen trying to get whatever she was asked too . When it was time for Cake and 5 pm things start to speed up so I took my time to move because I was not going to be rushed out . Then I got my bill And was over charged which was rectified because I always look at my receipts .
