I came in this establishment with a co-Worker for drinks after a long day of work. Iâm not a drinker my friend wanted to relax. I tried to order a drink they didnât have must of ask for three different kind Jack Danielâs was one they donât have!! Or so she said (Liz) so I had to settle for henny and coke!! Maybe because Iâm black she thought I wanted a strong drink,drink which was so strong. I had to dilute it with a can of Coke that I personally picked out of the soda cooler Because my waiter LIZ had an attitude with life!!! She twisted her eyebrows or at least whatâs left of them to question me about me not liking my strong drink. Even made a comment about why am I drinking so I was scared to ask for anything. her service sucked the moment she approached me.. I witnessed her arguing with one of her coworkers it was embarrassing to watch for her because her vibe was of an angry crackhead looking for a hit!! She acts as if she was raised by caveman! Disgusting at its finest!!! Very ignorant horrible attitude energy was not inviting demeanor was despicable &&decided to leave her a $10 tip still because I work in the service industry and her customer service skills were literally bypassed upon hiring⊠before leaving another coworker walks in for a drink so now there are three of us we ,drink one drink each. Liz demands one ticket because itâs to much work for her. On one ticket there are three drinks!!! I pay donât say anything⊠the third coworker asks for her tab Itâs time to pay she wants to know her tab I tell her donât worry about it cause I paid for the drink, but here Liz is still trying to print a check out ignoring me When I see on my ticket, it says reposado and I donât drink that Neither did my coworker that I came to have drinks with A drink to be exact. It was actually my other coworker drink who wanted to pay but Liz trying to be a quarter slick is now trying to over charge us double charge us cause Iâm steady asking why is this drink on my tab and now your trying to make her pay so nowwwww Iâm annoyed because now I have an attitude and she finally gets a peice of my attitude⊠then I leave!!!!! The owner of the establishment seems to have a Reputation so after two days pass decided to reach out to my place of employment to defame my character and make it seem as if her employer is not in any wrongdoing!! Long story longer anyone that has been in this establishment and has Liz as their waiter will have nothing nice to say about her service or attitude yet alone appearance!!! The End of that storyâŠ.    Read moreI was excited to visit this location today, but unfortunately I did not get an opportunity to place an order. I was seated and waited for 15 mins watching other staff on the floor cleaning tables and there was one waitress walking around to other tables. I watched a family walk in and were seated at the booth next to me and they were immediately served by another waiter. I got up to let the employee at the front know what happened and was told that waiter who served the family..well i wasnt seated in his section..although i was in the booth right next door and had already been waiting..A simple acknowledgement to let me know that someone would be right with me would have helped so I didn't feel overlooked. The explanation I received from the employee at the front was that the waitress must have not seen me. Granted this location seemed short staff on the floor, but it doesn't make sense on a Friday afternoon. And it doesn't make sense that people were served after I had been waiting in my booth 15 mins. This location needs better management and the floor staff need a refresher training on greeting and acknowledging customers and being more proactive. It all comes down to poor management!    Read moreI was out Christmas shopping and needed a little snack so I stopped in and sat at the bar. They don't have Woodford Reserve so I couldn't get a Kentucky Mule. I had a ginger beer - which is so refreshing! I ordered 6 lemon / pepper oysters and was really disappointed. The oysters were a little over-cooked and definitely over-seasoned completely eliminating their normally sweet / briny flavor. Topping that off, the barmaid starting complaining to me that the other lady spent "too much time" carving the beautiful orange garnish for my drink and hopefully no one expected that of her. I got tired of listening to her gripe about someone taking pride in their work and said "I'm not sure of your job requirements, but I appreciate the extra effort to make something nice" which shut her up. I then told the other lady that I loved the garnish and appreciated her extra efforts. Her face lit up!!
Further, I want silver, actual forks and spoons ... NOT plastic. The cole slaw was good, but served in a plastic deli container. And I also don't want styrofoam plates. Is this place totally unaware of the pollution issue??? I won't...
