I would absolutely NOT go here for anything wedding related. While my dress shopping experience was alright, everything after buying the dress was awful. My husband went to be fitted for a suit, when they said the suit and dress were ready for pick up the shirt was entirely the wrong size, the suit was not the style he picked out, and detail colors were not correct. When we asked Amanda why it was all wrong she told us “oh I see it didn’t get wrote down.” Why have someone pick out details and specifics to not write them down and order them? Then, Amanda proceeds to bring my dress out, not in a bag, right in front of my husband to ask “is this the right dress?” How do you lose track of what dresses you have and who they belong to? And in what world would you bring a wedding dress out in front of the groom????? Only to find out on the morning of my wedding, Amanda did not give me my veil back with my dress. When I called to ask where my veil is, she told me she couldn’t find it but would let me have one (I’d hope you would let me have one considering you lost mine that I paid for) She eventually called to let me know she did later find my veil, that she had put with someone else’s dress.
So overall, would definitely go somewhere else for your wedding!! Amanda was awful...

06/07/23 update — from 5 stars to 2 — when I purchased the dress IN FULL in February, I was told to leave the dress & it would have my alterations done by July when I picked it up. LUCKILY I called to check on the status & they no longer do alterations in store & I am 60 days from my wedding date with a dress that doesn’t fit correctly. NOBOBY CALLED TO INFORM ME OF THIS CHANGE DURING THE 4 MONTHS MY DRESS WAS SITTING IN THE BACK & to top it off, I was called the wrong name 3 times 🥴 I didn’t spend a good amount of money in your store to be done this way. & I’ve recommended y’all to a lot of people. SMH. & I’ve also been told, I’m not the only one this has happened to. Super frustrating.

Read moreOnly gave them a 1 cause it won’t let me give them a zero.. Bought a pair of $15 gloves to match my daughters dress for the daddy daughter dance. My daughter ended up getting a nicer dress from her grandma. Tried to exchange the gloves for a different color that would match the new dress but no exchanges or returns apparently… In their defense it does say that on the receipt but I wasn’t paying attention to the receipt when I bought it and the lady that checked me out didn’t mention it.. either way I figured since it was just a pair of gloves they might work with me since it was obvious they had never been worn and all’s I needed was a different color…but they didn’t.. on to the next complaint..my stepdaughter was trying on dresses to see what size she wears and one of the dresses she tried on was already falling apart. The staff were rude and over bearing. My daughters even said they never wanted to go there again. Low quality dresses for a high price. Ended up giving both the gloves and the dress away and I won’t make the mistake of...
