Subway — Restaurant in Ponca City

STOP LEAVING EMPLYEES ALONE!!!! This place always has 1 worker. I was told that the boss of this place left this tiny old lady to work alone. She absolutely should not be working alone. She is way too slow as well as i dont ever remember in any job i have ever had, where it was okay to have 1 emplee on site. So dangerous.And for that, i waited 20 mins for a damn sandwich. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! HIRE HIRE HIRE. My 4 year old could do better at...

Wow what an awful experience at this place. The employees made it very clear they did not want to be there. They refused to stop smoking their cigarettes and come inside to take our order. Then they facetiously waved bye to us as we left (which we did after realizing neither of them were going to come inside) I would say it was poor customer service but there was literally no service...

Normally good service. Tonight not so much. The 2 young females working weren't happy to see us, granted, we came in at 10 minutes to closing, BUT, that's no excuse....I had the steak , cheese. The employee did not warm up the meat like she's supposed to. We did not get napkins, acted like they didn't want to be there.. . We'll be back as we do like...
