Taco Stop — Restaurant in Ponca City

Food is generally 7. Normally quick place to grab Mexican type food, not fine dinning but good. Found out yesterday under new ownership which explains why call in orders are taking so much longer than the time predicted. Need to separate walk in orders from call in orders. One person doing both. If you standing in line to make a order and someone comes in for a call in that cash register person; has to stop get the call in person name, go get the ticket, ring up the ticket, take the payment, take the ticket back to the people making the orders, all the while you are standing in line to make you order. I don't like leaving local business bad reviews so I tried eating here a couple times, quite frankly these tacos aren't for me. The meat is bland, unseasoned, and just not good. The burrito wasn't much better, the cheese on the tacos was ice cold, not room temperature or even slightly warm but ice cold. I tried eating here before owners switched and after and it's relatively the exact same. I was in there earlier today and noticed that nobody in the kitchen wore gloves nor washed their hands between order and that concerns me in all the years I’ve worked in a restaurant business the kitchen staff were always required to wear gloves when working w food and we are in a deadly pandemic!
