Macy's in Ponce offers a commendable shopping experience characterized by its organization and customer service, setting a standard for retail excellence in the area. Each visit to this location is made enjoyable by the store’s streamlined layout and the helpfulness of its staff.
The organization of the store is particularly noteworthy. Despite its smaller size, the layout is designed to maximize the shopping experience. Their attentiveness ensures that every customer feels valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.

Read moreThis Macy's is so well kept, and the inventory for home and kitchen goods especially is very very good. Their Starbucks is a nice touch also. Every time I shop here I come home happy because I get an item I'll be using for a lawng time lol.
Only thing is.. I felt like the clothing variety could use a bit... more but that's not really a PR fault it's a Macy's thing... they seem to just sell to one demographic and sadly for one climate profile. October-March the walls are annoyingly stocked with thick stuffy jackets.. in a tropical country? So weird lol. For sure Puerto Ricans visit the States but the inventory during American winter months definitely needs to be less tone deaf, maybe send us any unsold summer stock of that year or something idk... We need summer clothes year round down here kay?!
Otherwise the perfume section has very helpful associates and they're stocked with popular trending scents. Give them a try! I love...

They did made the return only because I did wanted to buy two fragances, but still found the sale receipts did not reflect the correct amount as I paid for their errors in the end.
That is one reason why customers eventually choose other outlets to buy, and it's the...
