Horrible Experience! I was a new customer and came with my 2 dogs for their groom appointment. Got inside with one dog and they told me they needed my rabies vaccine documents before they could check us in. I asked if they could hold his leash while I go grab it from the car, it was hard to handle that with him as he is still a puppy and they said they couldnât touch him till they got the vaccine card. Even though they could pet him when we came in. So here I go back out to get that with my hands full with no assistance from them (and there were 3 of them standing there watching me). Then I get back and into my 15 min consultation before they could take him to get grooming started when I mentioned I gave him a calming med to help with the groom, telling them it was prescribed by his veterinarian. They then told me they couldnât groom him if he was given any calming medication. I said it was prescribed by his veterinarian for his anxiety with grooming⌠I said youâre welcome to call and confirm with his veterinarian. They refused to groom him. So I told them this was an awful experience and Iâd never be back or let my dog stay to get groomed here anyways. They offered little to no customer service and werenât accommodating at all!    Read moreTook my dog in for a sanitary cut, and unfortunately she barely got any hair cutting done. I asked for her feet and ears to be trimmed and neither were. They said she would not allow them to cut her ear hair, which being a dog trainer, I understand, but they said they did her feet and they did not. I also get her a sanitary trim because she will pee on herself, so now I will have to cut her hair at home since I did actually need that done for a reason and not just looks. I described how I wanted her butt hair cut and the groomer seemed to understand and then didn't cut it at all. My dog has been getting groomed for years and this was the most expensive and most disappointing groom we have received. I did call and let them know, hoping they would make the situation right but they just said they would pass on the message to the groomer. I will be going somewhere else...
   Read moreRiver was originally groomed by Emily and I was not happy AT ALL, the manager Amanda reached out to me after our whole experience not being great. She offered to fix River free of charge and listed so many available times for me to bring her in which was great! She was respectful and apologized to me about the whole bad experience we encountered. Amanda fixed River and made her look so cute!! She came out and explained everything she did in her hair cut let us know she would put detailed notes in so that we wonât have this same experience again. Overall made the whole experience much better and restored my faith back into the grooming department there. Took my 1 star rating into what I would call a 4.5. Thank you so much for fixing our...
