Porting in after several weeks of difficulty AT&T caused me by not unlocking my phone I fully own, etc. Weeks later, my newly & partially open TMobile account had a legit amount of confusion, so one rep at Tmobile misstepped causing me to have to go into town, to the new T-Mobile store at Bonners Mall. They were able to see through all the confusion caused during weeks & get my ported number on my fully owned phone & account straightened up in a timely manner. First success I've had in weeks simply trying to leave in carrier I was with since 2004, for another. I was a great customer to AT&T & bought a lot of phones from them over the years to include all my kids when they were still minors and/or in college. Last month, for the first time after my mom had an accident with broken hip and elbow and having to support her surgery and recovery costs I was late on my phone bill.
