The Vapor Depot — Local services in Ponderay

Last month my Fiance went in and purchased a new mod setup for about $200 as a birthday gift. When I plugged it in for the first time my mod display said "imbalanced" and then continued charging. I didn't really think much of it and used it normally for about an hour a day. Today (1 month later) I finally got fed up with the battery life of my vape and Googled Battery issues and found that "imbalanced" basically means my batteries are shot. My fiance took the vape back into the shop with concerns of my battery life and they basically told us were screwed and that we were going to have to fork out more money for a standalone battery charger and possibly new batteries. The problem that I have is that the batteries were jacked up from the beginning and only a month later they will not own up to their product and replace them. We will never go back...

Oh my goodness. The vapor depot is sooooooo awesome. They are all so nice. I ordered juice and was almost out and Ryan brought it to me hand delivered twice now. They really care about the customer. This has ALWAYS been they way they are. I really appreciate them all for what they do. It's not just a job it's more than that to each and every one of them.
