Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Pontiac

I would have given this particular location zero stars, but that is apparently not an option. The staff, especially the "manager", was rude and not at all helpful, could not answer questions pertaining to the application process, and was very unprofessional in both demeanor and language. I have used Aaron's several times in the past, actually still have some of the things I purchased through them, and am shocked at the decline in service over the past several years. I will never bring my business to them again, and will never recommend them to anyone as a quick and easy solution to satisfying furniture and appliance needs. I also want to mention that they now require as much information as a bank does, and are as much of a hassle as going to get a small loan. Save yourself time, money, AND a headache, and keep driving...

My daughter‘s mother tried getting a bed and a dresser for my daughter it was $80 a month she missed one payment they were at her door every other day knocking on it pounding I until she returned to the furniture I tried settling with them and just buying the dress they told me it would be 600 and some hundred dollars just to pay off the dresser after she had already made three payments and I had already given them a check for $80 that they told me was the bounds on the dresser until after I gave them the check and they cashed it then they came back for the dresser...

I have been a LOYAL Aarons customer for rougly a year and a half, i had used Rent a Center before aarons, and they SUCKED. However, this aarons has the BEST customer service i have ever witnessed in my lifetime. I cannot say enough good things about them.
