Hibbett — Local services in Pontotoc

I went in to exchange some insoles. The receipt clearly states a return policy, but the on duty manager ignored it. She proclaimed they could not take them back or exchange because her manager would bring trouble upon her head. I felt disgusted considering they were not gross, dirty or soiled. They were needed for a previous foot surgery and barely Warren. So, I called a previous manager to let her know what had happened. Kaneesha (mgr) reitterrated that hibbett's has a 100 percent 30day return policy as written on the receipt. After hearing the conversation on the phone, the manager change her policy. This is not a good place to shop. Go to Tupelo or anywhere. Pontotoc...

This was one of my best shopping experiences to date. I was greeted by the gentleman at the register. Was asked if they could help with anything. We were on our way to a baseball scrimmage and needed cleats and gloves. One gentleman helped us get the cleats tried on and boxed from the back, another gentleman had gloves waiting for us to pick between and then we were at the register checking out within about 5 minutes and made it to the game with about 15 minutes to spare due to their willingness and apparent eagerness to help us with our needs. Inventory isnt so great and they need update display more often for regular customers,it would up the sales if products if they went later notice different...
