Extremely displeased with this place. I went through the drive through about 3:15 pm today and there was no one in line other than me. My son had to look at the menu and it took a minute or two. The lady on the intercom was being very rushy and honestly rude as hell. When we got to the window she acted extremely annoyed we were even there. I ordered a chicken PHILLY wrap but they gave me a chicken club wrap. I also ordered a grilled chicken salad and found a hair in my salad. It’s my fault for not checking the bag before we left about the wrap but I would have had to open it up completely before leaving which seems unnecessary. The hair in my salad is unacceptable. Ordered a club sandwich, turkey ham & bacon, with onion rings. If there was turkey on it I couldn't tell! The meat all looked like ham, & looked like meat I'd get at dollar tree. & no bacon! Paid 13.50 cuz I got the onion rings, but they don't tell you it's extra for those. I couldn't even finish my sandwich it was so gross! Paying that much I expected a lot better! Onion rings were good but super greasy. They expanded the menu but should have focused on making the food better instead of so many options. Went in for a potato but they were all out. I love BBQ nachos and it's always my go-to pick when I find it on a menu. Putting it on a potato, with fried chicken, and shredded cheese has finally perfected it. We chose the drive thru hoping it would get us back on the road quicker, but it did not. The sign is correct, this is not fast food, it's good food as fast as they can.
