RESPONSE TO THIS BLAME GAME OF A RESPONSE.… we are well aware that hvac isn’t covered under mills warranty. The issue at hand is nobody can seem to inform us of who installed said unit when paper work should of been kept of who did what when putting our house together. We also have NOT had our home for 3 years. We’ve lived in it barely a year and a half. The home wasn’t even moved into until end of December of 2020/beginning of January 2021. Nice try though. And yes we were very well aware of everything we signed. Which is why contacting you after the 90 days for the other issues that were left behind and not found until after the 90 days was never brought up bc OBVIOUSLY you weren’t going to do anything about it. That can be fixed. Our issue which seems to be a reoccurring one for past customers is that an HVAC specialist didn’t just show up one day to my unfinished house and decide to install a unit there. ONE company was contacted by MILLS HOME CENTER, and we want to know WHO. your job is simple. It’s a simple here is who did it. Here is there number. I shouldn’t have to call multiple people to get something done. Nobody has expected you to come fix anything yourselves which would be a joke anyways. Simply give me the name of the person you contacted about installing. Until something so simple can be done then there’s nothing anyone can say except here’s the name and number to the company you’ve BEEN REQUESTING FOR MONTHS...
Read moreI have had nothing but trouble with my home and central unit....I wasn't even asked where I wanted it or my unit. My kitchen floor has a huge raised place in it. The hot water heater flodded the space it was in..had to replace walls..it flooded my duct work..furnis has messed up 3 times and flooded the duct work once..Even their electrician told me they only put the lowest grade electric wire in these double wides. I can't even run more than one thing at a time on one circuit. A water pipe that had a tremendous bow in it broke and flooded my bed room bathroom kitchen and living room hopefully i can a portion of it fixed through my insurance i have been paying.. After over a year trying to find who my furnace was bought through now I have to pay to fix it. Everyone that worked for mills when I bought my home has quit or been fired. Thanks to a retired teacher that has taken over the paper work at mills can now tell me what I need to know. On top of all this its not tied down. I give it a 1 because Michelle worked hard to get us in...
Read moreEverything was going great, until the salesperson I had quoted me a price over $15k over a price that was advertised on Facebook for the exact same unit. I moved forward from that, found the home I wanted, was approved, and ready to purchase the home on Monday. Then I received a call from this salesperson at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night which is odd. I first texted her to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. She texted me back to call her. I called back and she hung up, texted me saying I was unprofessional for “adding her on Snapchat”. I too work in sales, and add my customers on social media platforms to help network and keep in touch. Mind you, when we shopped for a home, I was there with my fiancée, so she must have thought I was attempting to do anything but business which is purely false. I told her I will take my business elsewhere. I will be buying a home on Monday from their competitor who has already exemplified better...
