Roses Express — Local services in Pontotoc

I visited the store to grab some items, but was immediately stopped by one of the managers who exclaimed that they close in 3 min. while holding up three fingers. The other two employees then began to chime in and yell out that they were ready to go home. When addressed about their rude and unprofessional behavior, they claimed that corporate and superiors informed them that they have to tell customers to get out and leave before the closing time (8:00 PM). When expressing how I'll contact corporate about my experience and see if their claims are factual, they said corporate wouldn't do anything about the matter. After this, I said that I would just go elsewhere, and they stated that they could check me out (at this point it is 8:00 PM). I reminded them of their policy, and I went to Price Cutters and Walmart...

This Rose's "Express" is great! Too many tempting items (actually, a great diversity & supply) at good prices!

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that they had such a low supply, choice, diversity of women's SHORTS, which was why I went there to start with. There was plenty of every other kind of garment a woman would wear...just a few shorts, & no "skorts," which I really like.

It was clean, though some clothes racks were a bit disordered/mixed around in the sizes, so you should look through all the racks.

It's a great store to have in a small town. The only things they don't have are "grocery foods"-- But there's a grocery store right next door!

The staff are sweet...

I called and was nice and just asked for a manager and got an attitude right a way like it was a problem when I was just asking if they was hiring so my son could put in an application and of course the lady doubled down with the attitude and said "no we are not bye" not that he could go ahead and put in an application or anything just straight attitude and disrespect and that's their managment...
