Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Pontotoc

Many times they have gotten our order wrong, & we are very specific on the order. 1st time we brought it home, so we called in & they were very willing to make up for the mistake. & they did. The next time we brought it home it was wrong again. Again the same lady that we talked to before was very nice, remembered us & said to come back the next day so they could make it right. From then on we learned to eat it there. Yet they STILL get it wrong! There's only so much calling in to complain someone can do! Nothing but mayo on 1 burger & no onions on the other is not that hard... this time got mustard ketchup & mayo, on the only mayo & the other burger was COLD & soggy! The mayo only is because he is allergic to mustard! So he couldnt eat his burger. & mine was so cold & bun so soggy it was gross! Plus got onion rings instead of tots. Everything takes forever. They took our order and missed one of the drinks, after repeating it back to us. The carhop didn't apologize, she just quickly deferred the blame to someone else, and said she couldn't give it to us since we didn't pay for it. We got a sandwich that was supposed to have cheese on it & didnt, sent it back, they didn't come back for another 15 min. We buzzed them and said we just wanted a refund due to already being here for 30 minutes. A man comes out and asked which station we were originally at- we were at the same one we had been at the entire time. I have always enjoyed Sonic food, but tonight it seemed even better. They took our order quickly, was ready and delivered in a timely manner, the two young ladies that served us tonight had smiles, manners, very clean an maintained uniforms, and made sure we had everything before leaving, not to metion they even thanked us for our visit. They worked as a team and did it well. Then upon checking our order everything was there and all made correctly. The team they had working tonight was a good Ateam.
