The first time I placed and order from here the lady who delivered my pizza was asking weird questions handing me my pizza not only that It came 40 min late , plus the pizza was mush in into the Coner of the box making it look like they just threw that mfer in there an sent it on . Not only that my girl friend found a hair in her pizza killed the mood for first day , so today I figured I give a second chance man was i wrong took a hour to come plus the food was cold and the meat tasted old I was about to drive back and ask for my money back but I WOULD NEVER NEVER eat there again in my life I wouldn’t even feed this to a lost stray dogs outside that how bad it is but to know y’all would serve this to your customer yall should be ashamed of y’all self as workers . I hope the health department read these and come to y’all establishment and see what’s happening in there cause y’all Not making pizza yall bsing ….may God bless y’all cause that’s the last penny y’all will ever get from me ps I hope your manager see this and tell the cooks you could give people food poisoning y’all lucky I ain’t that type of guy to report...

food is good. last time i ordered a pizza from here it took 2 hours to get here and when i called they said the delivery driver “ forgot to pick it up” and offered us a free pizza. well we finally got our food but it was freezing cold. like it had just been sitting there and didn’t even have the decency to make a fresh new one! even our free pizza was cold!! and i ordered again tonight and it’s now an hour and a half over the estimated delivery time so i call and all they can say is “ idk. but its on the way”. I called Hometown Pizza in Pontotoc, MS on 12/26/22 at 6:11 pm. The lady who took the call was very short and sounded as though she didn’t care about my business. Due to her lack of interest I decided to not order anything from this place and bought Pizza Hut, instead. My family and I love the taste of Hometown Pizza and are regular customers, but my experience with this call left a bad taste in my mouth. I decided to call back a few minutes later, to alert management of such poor customer service. To my surprise, the same lady who had taken my phone call previously, was the manager!
