Tobacco Shop — Local services in Pontotoc

I usually stop by this store to grab a penjamin😅 but this time when I went it and asked for what I needed, the older lady behind the counter did nothing but criticize me and argue with me about why I was buying pens out the store instead of getting a medical card… I simply tried to tell her that I have a card but I can same quality for cheaper prices on the streets… oh boy I should NOT have said that🤣 she then raises her voice at me to call me a liar bc her “whole family sells bud so there is no possible way that I could get good quality bud in sealed packages” yea I get EXACTLY THAT form people that travel to/know people in other states where RECREATIONAL has BEEN LEGAL. I’ve been getting the same quality bud for like the past 6 years fr. But I didn’t argue back with her, I simply asked for my stuff and walked out. My friend was there with me and he thought I was gonna snap when she raised her voice🤣 nah she’s old and miserable, I won’t let her ignorance ruin my pay day lol. But somebody should have a talk with her, my lil one vape a week prolly don’t matter at all to the store but I’ll never step foot back...

Always friendly and attentive help. After being a return customer a few times, they will remember what products you purchase and that lends itself to personal service. Always have time to answer your questions about products they carry. And usually have only 1 or 2 clerks working behind counter but still provided individual personal service even when they have a few customers in line they never make you feel rushed or that they are too busy to help you.
