The Empossible Eden Cafe, LLC — Restaurant in Port Angeles

My husband and I were very offended when one of the employees walked up to us and rudely proclaimed that, "we're gonna have to ask you to leave, or else place an order right now!" We were sitting on their indoor bench, where we sat down to place our order. We made our order on our phone after walking into the restaurant, but chose to order online after checking out their in store deals, which we decided weren't very good. So, we decided to order online instead. Thst way, we got the coupon prices offered with that odering option, as well as being able to redeem our Piece of the Pie Rewards points. When the employee came over and acted so rude we had already placed our carry out order and were simply waiting for our order to be done, which we expected would be alerted via text. Had we known how poor the customer service was we would never had placed an order at this particular Dominos Pizza store at all! We won't be...

UPDATE: Tried to get in a second time at 6:04am, place still wasn’t open at 6:00am but saw someone in the kitchen so figured they’d open soon. Got in around 6:20am and ordered an omelette with a cinnamon roll pancake. Delicious, ate everything on my plate. Got to watch some deer who’d wandered into town pass by out the window as well. They have a cute tea set up and a fair amount of options, could maybe stand to warm the mugs up before serving. We left just before 7:00am as more and more people were coming in. I’m glad we tried again and got in, great little place and looking forward to coming back.

PREVIOUSLY: Showed up at 6:22am and the cafe was closed. I had called the day before and confirmed they opened at 6:00am with the person on the phone, and tried calling again the morning of and got sent to a voicemail that said 6:00am was opening time. I was excited to try those cinnamon...

Ok so let me first say that food was 5/5 - absolutely delicious. We had breakfast scrambles, French toast, and biscuits and gravy - all way exceeded expectations. Service was also 5/5 - the woman up front who was making coffee/waiting tables/answering phones/doing everything up there was very sweet and patient, and she was at the table whenever we needed her to be. The only thing I am docking for is that there's a strange odor in the shop, which we suspect is old carpet. Understandable - looks like it's been here a while and in a restaurant carpet is bound to get gross. Once our table was filled with coffee and food smells that was no longer detectable, but it did put a damper on the initial experience. Overall would absolutely come back and absolutely recommend to anyone visiting...
