AWFUL! These people lie! They don’t know anything about their warranty. They told me after I bought the warranty that I would have to wait 60 days for any work to be done from date of purchase. Then I raised heck so finally got call back and told me they were wrong I could get it service so I had a hard time with anyone calling me back to schedule an appointment. Finally bugged them enough got an appointment set up and they act like they can’t give a rental when they told me when I bought the Nissan certified vehicle that I’d receive a rental for any work done to the car. They told me I’d get a rental for anything! Today proves that was a lie. I don’t trust these people. Then their employees are laughing at us very unprofessional! It’s quite sad. I will be reaching out to Nissan. This is the worst Nissan dealership I have ever dealt with.
Update I still have not heard back from these people after they told me that they were going to contact another dealership with my warranty claim information. Because I requested my work be done by another dealership just do not trust these people at all with my vehicle. They have lied from the get-go. It is also just not my radio speakers that are blown but my infotainment center is messed up. So it’s not just my radio speakers that are blown but my infotainment center has been having issues since I bought it. They have done an update at Twin City but there is still something wrong. They said that they would give another Nissan dealership a call with the number I needed to get work done. The other dealership has yet to receive any type of information from them. It’s been 19 days. I contacted the other dealership recently. They have told me that they have not received any information from Twin City. Twin City is telling me that they have reached out to this other dealership with all the information that they needed. I asked The service advisor Leonard with Twin City who he spoke with. He couldn’t tell me the name of the service advisor he spoke with. Once again lying and he could not pull up any information about my warranty at the time I called, supposed to call me tomorrow we will see about that. From the initial interaction with Cole Repka, who initially seemed honest and accommodating, to the subsequent issues that surfaced with the car we purchased, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being a used car, it was still under warranty and had a very low mileage of 2827, so we expected it to be in good condition. However, we immediately noticed a squeaking noise upon driving it home. When we brought this to Cole and his manager, he assured us it would be a simple fix and asked us to return three days later for the repair.
On the scheduled day, I arrived at the dealership before noon, only to face a frustrating wait for the promised service. The manager's unhelpful and dismissive behavior, coupled with being misinformed about the cost and timeline of the repair, led me to demand to speak with the owner. Despite the manager's dismissive behavior, the owner finally agreed to address the issues and provide a loaner car while our SUV was being repaired.
My disappointment grew when the problems resurfaced less than days later after the supposed repair. The dealership's refusal to work on the car and recommendation to take it to another shop were clear signs of their disregard for customer safety. Subsequent inspection revealed that the rims were severely damaged and broken, posing a significant safety risk.
Despite repeatedly contacting the dealership for assistance, they have been unresponsive and unsympathetic, ultimately blaming me for the vehicle's condition. Even after telling us to call if anything went wrong, they sold us a defective car that could kill or hurt us and were unwilling to take responsibility for not only 1 but 3 broken rims and more. Please reconsider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, exercise extreme caution, and thoroughly inspect any prospective purchase. Read moreI went to Twin City Nissan on a rainy day just to browse their vehicles. Leon came to the parking lot with an umbrella to see if i needed assistance. He was patient, kind and informative. After looking at a few vehicles we went inside and he addressed all my needs and concerns. I didn’t gravitate to the first vehicle I sat in. We went inside and he recommended other vehicles. The second one I sat in I feel in love with it. We went inside and agreed on the vehicle of my liking. Notice I said my liking! I didn’t have all the paper work I needed with me because again I only went to browse or so I thought. Lol! We agreed on me coming back the following day. Before I left he said congratulations and placed a sold sign on the vehicle. He informed me he’d be off the following day but said Tiffany would take care of me. I went the following day and Tiffany greeted me at the door with a smile. We went to her desk she explained everything went over the next steps and the technicalities of my purchase. While everything was being drawn up she showed me around the facility, and introduced individuals in different departments. She made me feel like family more than a customer. She’s very knowledgable and wont stop until you’re satisfied. After everything was done I drove off in my brand new ride. I’m so glad I chose Twin City Nissan. I wish I could give Tiffany and Leon a billion stars. They’re amazing! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured like some salesman make you feel. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend Tiffany and Leon. Between the both of them you’re bound to receive keys to a new vehicle. Tiffany’s motto is “This girl can” and lives up to it. She has even done follow up calls to see how I’m liking the vehicle.
