Burger King — Restaurant in Nederland

I don't know what has become of the staff here, but I just had the worst dining experience ever. Two Whopper Combo Meals, with drinks. My Whoppers were subbed with Impossible Whoppers- YES, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE! The " meat" tasted like tofu and was gritty like it was sprinkled with sand. I ordered dipping sauce for my side of Chicken Fries...no sauce or drinks. Both missing. My order was placed with Doordash. No one will tell me wheter the driver left the store with my drinks and sauces, or perhaps the driver pilfered them in-transit. I'm out $20.00 and almost aLl my food went to the trash. the last time I ordered, the shake machine was down for repairs. Now this. i am sorely disappointed in you both. for $49.83, I should have better than this. From now on, I go Wendy's.

Two hours since I "ate", and I am sick to my stomach. Just finished reading some of the other reviews for this location. Won't be ordering again until i am notified of a staff change. Meanwhile, I am scheduling an appointment with my doctor...

I had the greatest experience here at this Burger King out of all of the other nearby locations. The location was clean from the parking lot to the front lobby . All employees welcomed me and my family as we walked in . The bright guy, in black button down , gave me and my family the best customer service experience we ever seen in years. He suggested items from the menu I’ve never tried before, & that was actually awesome . His speed along with his crew was just amazing. When our Order was ready, he nicely called out my order number and my name to receive my order . Omg when I say they had our food looking and smelling so good 🥵🤤AND IT WAS HOT & FRESH! Nothing was old, hard etc.. Our food trays was set up so good it made me wanted to place another order there. They provided seats for my toddlers and they enjoyed their kid toys from their kids meals also. I definitely highly recommend this Burger King location & staff. They where truly the best at making us feel welcomed. Keep up the...

Girl who works the late night AM shift (1am-5am) refuses to take orders. She can be seen wandering through the restaurant through the windows, but will leave people sitting out there yelling at the speaker until they give up and leave. On a late schedule throughout the week, and have had this problem at least one to two dozen times in the past couple months. I have come at all different times between 1-5. The few times I refused to leave and sat out there on the speaker for 5-10min she comes to the microphone as the most rude individual you will ever meet. Almost barking at you, and her teeth grit pretty much the entire time at the window. It really makes me uncomfortable to think about what someone this angry may do to my food based on how she acts. This happens on the weekends as well. I can’t imagine how much money is being lost based on this, because Mcdonalds and Whataburger will have packed lines and Burger King is dead empty...
