Trying a small business to help them keep on their feet and the rudest customer service I have ever experienced... Went in there with my family with the car that we needed parts for. Not sure the parts that were needed so brought the car in to make sure. 5 other people in there as well, started to help us and than walked away... Was helped by the owner n the one young gentleman in-between everyone else so we were patient.. we left with the parts that were suggested to us for the car got to the house and none of them fit, when ch the tires were verified 3 times before purchasing. Less than 24 hrs later brought back the product to get a refund after ignoring the bad customer service last night the young gentleman wanted to argue with me about my refund, saying they never said which parts would fit!! We went there for the knowledge of parts for this car, even bought the car in n asked more than once what size this n what size that.. We didn't know what was needed once again, I just want the money back then proceeds to tell me I can't get a refund bc I paid cash- that was never said last night!!! Told him I need my money back n he told me to call the owners after arguing with me in front of other customers.... now I'm out $100 plus dollars bc you told us wrong parts to buy that doesn't sound like a hobby store caring for their customers while locals are trying to keep small businesses afloat. Also, seeing the post from 3 weeks ago there were several people in that store today that did not have masks on.. worse customer service I've ever come in contact with for a family owned business. Arguing with customers is not a way to run a business...

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place definitely deserves it. Called 10 minutes after opening, and had great help with about 35-40 questions on a 30 minute phone call. Came in later that day and a gentleman named Chip that I spoke too on the phone with helped us out incredibly. Remarkably knowledgeable and helpful, thank you very much Chip, you definitely have our business after the remarkable experience that you gave us and thank you for all the help, it is very appreciated. 10/10 would highly recommend coming here, had an absolute blast talking with you and again, we greatly appreciate your Outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Once again thank you very much Chip and we will definitely be back all because of you, greatly looking forward to seeing you soon. Have too drive an hour and twenty minutes to get there and after the experience we had there, we will definitely not hesitate too take the drive again. This place is top notch!! I purchased an ECX Ruckus for my son a couple months ago. About a month later the motor burned out and I brought it back to the store to purchase a new motor. I purchased the motor and the owners offered to install it for free for me. After returning home my son use the car and the motor burned up the first time. I called the store and Dave the owner told me to bring it back to him and he will replace it for no charge.

He told me he would look at everything inside to diagnose what's causing the motor to burn up. He then gave me a loaner car to use in the meantime while he diagnosed and repaired the issue. You don't see customer service like this anymore!! Dave found out that there is a recall on the ECM on that model and will take care of it.
