Every month I go to the store and TRY to pay my phone bill I always have a problem with in store help. For about 4 Months I go in there and try to make a payment but for some reason I can never do by swiping the card and leaving. I've been getting over charged every month. $55 is my bill but to go in and have the worker do work y'all charge me $5. Not only that January at the port lavaca store thinks she knows what she is doing but over charged me for a 4G phone last month told me I got to wait until the next month to take my old number off and place it on my old plan. She charged me last month for $100 for a 4g phone told me y'all don't do upgrades anymore you have to by the phone. January had a bit of an attitude with me bc I wanted to pay with card. Told me that it was going to be $25 extra for moving one line to the next. Then saying that this month I would be paying $100 to continue service. I said no I'll take my money and phone then she starts cussing at me. Saying "what the f is your problem" my bill went from $55 to 117$ to $98 and some change.
