Rude Hispanic lady runs it sometimes and her daughter threatened my wife while she stood there and rather than removing her daughter she made us leave. She also has a habit of stopping machines to take out quarters while they are running and taking your stuff out of baskets and tossing them on the floor.. definitely wouldn't recommend as long as she's there also staff need trained in fire Safety which is ridiculous considering they work with heat and propane.Watched an off duty refinery firewatch put out a fire in there the other day when a dryer caught fire... Staff didnt know how to use fire extinguisher or that it was empty, they didn't know to shut the propane off to the dryers.. it's lucky the firewatch was there.. the place could have burned down or exploded... Nice...

Been coming to this place for over a year twice a week I am very dissatisfied with the lady who is working tonight today's date is June 9th 2024 8:00 p.m. she told me that I was only allowed to use the big machines even though there were a lot of Little Machines open I'm not sure if it was because of my race or she had nothing else better to do but come and try to tell me how to do my laundry I don't overstuff the machines I had intended on breaking it all up between three machines same thing I always do I didn't even get a chance to start putting my clothes in the machine and she assumed I was just going to stuff it all in one machine very poor...

They shrunk all of my FRCs. I cant tuck my shirt in anymore...and the sleeves come up too high now.

Update: I was not concerned about them shrinking. They have been dried in a dryer before. I have never once dried them any way besides a drier... and it wasn't an "inconvenience" to me... you do understand that you've ruined hundreds of dollars of clothes, right? Maybe instead of trying to pass the blame onto your customers, you could try owning up to YOUR mistakes and maybe read the wash tags on clothing.... that is what your whole...
