Atlantic Marine — Local services in Port Orange

We are so happy with Atlantic Marine!! We wanted to downsize and they worked with us on trading our older boat for a newer one. Mind you, our boat has not ran in 3 years due to one of the motors needing major repairs. They gave us an excellent value for it and got us into a beautiful 21’ Boston Whaler Montauk. The boat had less than 350 hrs on motor and is in great condition. Greg Sanders was our sales rep and he was a pleasure to work with. No pressure sales like the other dealerships we were talking to. He was happy to take us out on a test drive before purchasing it and also went over and above on his time with us. Tom Gilfedder, their Finance Manager, was very helpful with working on the required documentation needed for our lender without us having to be too involved and when it came to signing the boat and trailer over and completing the documentation for trading our boat, it literally took less than 30 minutes. Their team there is like family and they have nothing but great respect for the owners. The showroom is beautiful and their selection of boats are very high end!! For the second time using Atlantic Marine, I have found myself very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. I have used Atlantic Marine for repairs and maintenance even though I did not purchase my boat from them. (Not a brand they sell, and lost faith in my original dealer)

Recently had very tricky fiberglass repair done to a pair of gunnel mount rod holders that were not properly factory installed. They did an amazing job. Had them also custom install 2 new rod holders, some new underwater transom lights and replace a raw water wash down pump. Excellent work all the way around.

Brad has an excellent and trust worthy team at Atlantic Marine. Carlos in the Service Center was a pleasure to deal with and communicated with me very well throughout the service process. Atlantic Marine had some challenges as they repaired some hull damage to my Tidewater. First the Marlin Blue color was no longer offered by Tidewater. They searched for the correct color through the dealer network and found enough to get the job done. Then they couldn't figure out why the gel coat was not matching properly..... it should have after all. Then they discovered that the "gel coat" on my boat was actually marine grade paint. Apparently the original owner had the boat painted. It was not a factory gel coat.

All through the process RJ, the service manager, was straight up with me and kept me informed. Very professional. There was an issue in getting the color matched properly too and Atlantic Marine stepped up and made sure that the color was matched correctly to my satisfaction without any additional charge too.

You won't go wrong getting your boat repaired or serviced here. Great group of individuals! Great service...
