My coffee was burnt. This sucks because their Orlando locations are great. I’ve tried again but it wasn’t that great so I stopped going. ————— Edit: They reached out for us to try it again. To our surprise and thank goodness, they’ve turned it around and it was MUCH BETTER experience than last time!!! Chai latte was yummy and the caffe latte was fantastic this time!! They’ve worked out their issues it seems and we will definitely be stopping by again! ————— Went again and yikes, whoever is training the workers need to do a better job. It’s a hit or miss, we went in to get two drinks and they forgot to put our order in and people who came in behind us kept getting their drinks. We had to go up to the counter and asked about it, I’m not sure how it works but I thought you pay for the drinks and the order automatically comes through but I guess not? They apologied and that’s it. Also, when you’re refilling stuff in the front, don’t leave the containers in the front counter, it’s not very appetizing store-front presentation. It looks like they were ready to refill the pastries and etc but customers came in. Also they did not greet us and just stared at us which it was uncomfortable but when we asked what kind of flavors, they point at the sign. I guess we are just bad luck. 😩 Drinks were...
Read moreI don’t normally branch out to a new chain spot when trying to find new local businesses and this place is exactly why. sorry to come off rude but it was not a great experience. I ordered a simple iced coffee add caramel and a little extra cream. it’s was almost $7 for like 20oz and I didn’t even taste the caramel which was .75 cents and a little extra cream was also .75 cents(i’ve been a barista for over 10 years and never heard of charging for more milk). you also have to put your own sugar which we all know how granulated sugar mixes into iced drinks (it doesn’t). the bagel we ordered came out of a grocery store looking bag and was microwaved possibly? idk but it was not toasted and we had to put the cream cheese on ourselves. a small Philadelphia cream cheese, and plastic knife came with the chewy dough. this bagel was $6!:’( and almost inedible after 5 minutes. the woman who took the order was very friendly but the one who gave it out didn’t say a word and walked away when we said thanks so we just left instead of hanging out there. one coffee, one bagel, and one soda was $17 and took over 10 minutes even though we were the only people waiting… pretty disappointed because the place seems like a nice place to hang out but I will not...
Read moreJust moved to the neighborhood and discovered this place. I got a honey and turmeric iced coffee with milk and my husband got a regular hot coffee with cream and sugar ( boring I know but he is super picky about his coffee) mine was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet just right and my husband shockingly really enjoyed his which is amazing because after 10 years of living in volusia county I have never heard him not say something bad about his coffee orders!!! We have been back one other time so far and can’t wait to go back to try out some of their ice cream. It’s a little bit more than what we could pay at DD but once the finances allow we will definitely be back!! Also forgot to mention there is plenty of seating indoors and some tables outside with umbrellas. I do recommend if you are coming south on ridgewood or east on Dunlawton to take the second entrance just in case people coming north on ridgewood don’t slow down...
